With today's ceremonial laying of the foundation stone, Bauwens has given the green light for the "Friedrich und Karl" office complex in Cologne's Niehl district.

Today's groundbreaking ceremony marks the official start of construction on the new Hellerhöfe urban district in Frankfurt's Gallus neighborhood.

The project company, consisting of DIE WOHNKOMPANIE NRW and Bauwens Development, together with numerous guests and residents, today celebrated the opening of the new public park in the VIERZIG549 complex in Düsseldorf-Heerdt.

Bauwens and the Düsseldorf housing cooperative marked an important milestone in construction in Düsseldorf's Düsseltal district with a topping-out ceremony: The "Arche Noah Quarter," North Rhine-Westphalia's largest wood-hybrid apartment complex, is taking shape. A total of 139 modern two- to five-room apartments are being built on around 11,000 square meters in Lacombletstraße, spread over four building blocks. The fourth building will also house a three-group daycare center. Completion of the complex is scheduled for the first quarter of 2026.

On April 8, HanseMerkur Grundvermögen (HMG) and Bauwens laid the foundation stone for the construction of a modern commercial complex in a prominent downtown location on Roncalliplatz in Cologne. Among the more than 100 invited guests was Markus Greitemann, Deputy Mayor for Design & Build for the City of Cologne and candidate for Lord Mayor.

Bauwens is pleased to announce the successful sale of the last residential building in the Greenpark apartment complex in Berlin-Neukölln. The property at Buschkrugallee 64 was acquired by the state-owned Berlinovo Immobilien Gesellschaft mbH.

Greystar Real Estate Partners had already acquired buildings 1-14 in February 2024 as part of a forward purchase deal. With the sale of house 15, the last building in the project has now been sold. Bauwens Development is responsible for the realisation of the project as project developer. The turnkey construction will be carried out by Goldbeck.

With the completion of the third construction phase, the apartment complex "meinraum München West" in Munich-Lochhausen is continuing to take shape. Over the past two and a half years, a total of 122 new units have been built, comprising 8,744 square meters of living space. The new construction project by real estate company Bauwens is part of the neighborhood development in Munich's Aubing-Lochhausen-Langwied district and focuses on modern, individual living comfort and a high quality of life. The project was developed by Bauwens Development and executed by its sister company Bauwens Construction.

The VIERZIG549 apartment complex in Düsseldorf-Heerdt continues to take shape. With visible progress in the construction phases to date, the completion of the last of a total of five construction phases is now imminent. Three separate construction sites are being developed in this phase. The first phase is construction site 1.3, which comprises 129 modern residential units, including 105 publicly subsidized apartments, and six commercial units. With the acquisition of the subsidized residential space and commercial units on the ground floor, Wohnbau GmbH has secured around 80% of the total residential and usable space. Following two previous investments in the complex, they are once again sending a strong signal for affordable housing in Düsseldorf.
