Bauwens Expands Its Partner Network at Its Berlin Office with Alon Brahm
The Bauwens Group is strengthening its organization in Berlin and expanding its partnership structure at that location. Effective March 1, 2026, Alon Brahm will join Bauwens Development Berlin as a partner and, together with Clemens Stahr, will be responsible for the location’s further development.
With this move, Bauwens is deliberately spreading responsibility in Berlin across multiple individuals. The goal is to continue on the current course, further expand project activities, and sustainably strengthen the Berlin platform both organizationally and in terms of content.
Bauwens has been active in Berlin for many years with residential, commercial, and mixed-use neighborhood developments. Currently, approximately 110,000 square meters of gross floor area are under development and, in some cases, under construction, representing a total investment volume of over half a billion euros, including more than 1,500 apartments. In addition, another 75,000 square meters of gross floor area is in the process of being acquired through exclusive acquisition processes. This project pipeline is to be consistently developed and systematically expanded in the coming years.

Alon Brahm previously worked in real estate consulting for about ten years, most recently serving as managing director at Knight Frank in Berlin for nearly three years. He is joining an established Berlin team that has laid the foundation for the location’s current positioning in recent years.

Excellent design for modern working environments
NO6 is designed as a boutique development and combines the highest sustainability standards with sophisticated architecture. The international architectural firm HENN has designed a sculptural structure with a striking façade, whose floor-to-ceiling, concave windows give the building a distinctive character. The architecture deliberately references the curves of the neighboring Metropol Theater, a listed building, and blends harmoniously into the historic surroundings. A café on the ground floor and green outdoor areas open the building up to the square and make it a lively part of the neighborhood.
With flexible office spaces ranging from 195 to 775 square meters, NO6 offers space for a wide variety of work concepts—from focused individual work to creative co-labs. The spaces can be used floor by floor or as a single-tenant solution. There will be a total of seven floors, as well as space for 46 bicycle parking spaces and 146 square meters of terrace space.
