    Where the Blub water park used to be in Berlin-Neukölln, 860 new residential units are now being built on an area of approximately 30,000 square meters. The site was originally developed by the Höcherl Group. In 2024, Bauwens took over the land for further development. By 2026, 860 apartments will be built, divided into 15 buildings – living space that is urgently needed in the metropolis of Berlin.

    Over 1,400 square meters of communal space will be created across the entire site. These include a fitness and yoga area, a cinema, and private event spaces. The complex will also offer its future residents sports facilities for table tennis, padel, and basketball. A daycare center has also been included in the overall concept.

    We are creating high-quality new living space for the new residents in a park-like setting on the Teltow Canal.

    Houses 1-14 have been successfully sold to Greystar Real Estate Partners.

      The Greenpark project is located in Berlin's Neukölln district, more precisely in the Britz neighborhood, on the site of the former Blub spa baths on Buschkrugallee. This location offers good public transport connections, with several bus and subway stations nearby.
