On the site where the “Blub” water park once stood in Berlin-Neukölln, 860 new residential units are now being built on a site covering approximately 30,000 square meters. The site was originally developed by the Höcherl Group. In 2024, Bauwens took over the land for further development. By 2026, 860 apartments—spread across 15 buildings—will be completed, providing much-needed housing in the metropolis of Berlin.
Over 1,400 square meters of common areas are being created across the entire site. These include a fitness and yoga area, a movie theater, and private event spaces. In addition, the complex will offer its future residents sports courts for table tennis, padel, and basketball. A daycare center was also incorporated into the overall concept.
Set directly within a park-like setting along the Teltow Canal, we are creating high-quality new living spaces for the new residents.
