    A new apartment complex in Düsseldorf-Heerdt: At Willstätterstraße 12, DIE WOHNKOMPANIE NRW and Bauwens are developing attractive new apartments.

    A total of approximately 223 new apartments, spread across four buildings, as well as a two-classroom daycare center, are being built on two construction sites. Each construction site will feature a single-story underground parking garage.

    On Construction Site 1, approximately 87 publicly subsidized and price-capped residential units are being built. The ground floor will house a two-classroom daycare center, which will have its own independent access via Willstätterstraße and feature private play areas in the outdoor facilities. The underground parking garage for the first construction site has approximately 54 parking spaces.

    A total of approximately 136 condominiums are being built on Construction Site 2, distributed across three residential buildings. The underground parking garage for the second construction site has approximately 98 parking spaces.
