    A modern, mixed-use complex comprising existing buildings and new construction will soon be built on the site of the former Zurich Insurance building in Cologne's Altstadt-Nord district.
    Bauwens has been commissioned by Swiss Life Asset Managers Germany to construct more than 48,000 square meters of gross floor space. A total of 286 apartments will be built, representing 24,000 square meters of living space.
    of these, 88 apartments will be subsidized housing. The new complex will also include a daycare center and several commercial units.
