of these, 88 apartments will be subsidized housing. The new complex will also include a daycare center and several commercial units.
Whether singles or couples – there is something for everyone in the new complex. The plans include everything from 1-room apartments with 38 square meters of space to 6-room apartments with 120 square meters. A new home for everyone is being created in the immediate vicinity of the Rhine.
The location is attractive due to its proximity to the Rhine, which is ideal for walks. Tram lines 16 and 18 are within a five-minute walk. Restaurants and shopping facilities are also in the immediate vicinity.
