    Time for a change of perspective: In the Kalk district of Cologne, Bauwens is developing a modern complex designed for living in a diverse residential setting. The project is in the early planning stages. According to the current design, approximately 128 apartments, a daycare center, and a public playground will be built. The entire complex is car-free, creating a safe and secure space for residents and the daycare center. Additionally, the variety of apartment sizes allows for a diverse resident population.
