On Rheinuferstraße in Cologne, Bauwens constructed the CAMPUS SÜD office building for REVISCO GmbH.

With its glass facade and fixed horizontal sunshade louvers, the modern office building confidently faces the Rheinauhafen and strikingly defines the city’s edge along Rheinuferstraße. At the same time, with its expressive architecture, context-sensitive facade design, and high-quality materials, it blends harmoniously into its surroundings.

An intriguing corner situation was created at the street junction, where the east and south facades intersect. Here, at the intersection of the two facade types, a cantilevered observation lounge was constructed. In addition, the penthouse level with its wraparound rooftop terrace offers a spectacular view of the Rhine and Cologne Cathedral.

Thanks to optimizations in the construction process, the office building was completed in just 12 months. The project was awarded the DGNB Gold Certificate.
