    Bauwens constructed the CAMPUS SÜD office building for REVISCO GmbH on Rheinuferstrasse in Cologne.

    With its glass façade and fixed horizontal sun protection slats, the modern office building presents itself confidently toward the Rheinauhafen and forms a striking edge to the city along Rheinuferstraße. With its expressive architecture, reflective façade design, and high-quality materials, it blends harmoniously into its surroundings.

    An exciting corner situation has been created at the junction of the east and south facades. Here, where the two types of facade meet, a cantilevered viewing lounge has been created. In addition, the penthouse floor with its wraparound roof terrace offers spectacular views of the Rhine and Cologne Cathedral.

    Thanks to optimizations in the construction process, the office building was completed in just 12 months. The project was awarded the DGNB Gold Certificate.
