    Bauwens completed the turnkey construction of the “Forum Hitzbleck” retail park for Hanseatische Betreuungs- und Beteiligungsgesellschaft.
    To optimize the entire project, Bauwens was involved in the construction planning from an early stage. We contributed to the planning of structural engineering, building services, building physics, and architecture.

    Based on the designs by RKW Architekten, the entire site was urbanistically enhanced and integrated into the urban context. In total, approximately 9,300 m² of leasable space and 260 parking spaces were created. The completion of the project filled a gap in the retail landscape of the city of Heiligenhaus. The L-shaped building houses a diverse range of retailers, including Akzenta, DM, and Lidl.
