The Cloud One Hamburg-Kontorhaus: A hotel in a prime location - Bauwens GmbH & Co. KG

Bauwens has built the first The Cloud One Hotel in Germany for the Motel One Group in Hamburg's Kontorhaus district. The new hotel offers 457 rooms and an underground car park with 124 parking spaces on more than 20,000 square meters. An absolute highlight of the building is the panorama bar on the top floor, which is also open to external visitors.

Thanks to its central location and the Meßberg underground station directly opposite, the hotel is an ideal starting point for exploring the entire metropolis of Hamburg. In the immediate vicinity are the world's largest warehouse complexes in the Speicherstadt, which attract visitors with their cultural and diverse leisure activities. The new building blends in perfectly with its historic surroundings, with the traditional brick façade providing a characteristic look.

The new The Cloud One Hamburg was completed in December 2023.
