In Hamburg’s Kontorhaus district, Bauwens has built Germany’s first The Cloud One Hotel for the Motel One Group. Spanning more than 20,000 square meters, the new hotel features 457 rooms and an underground parking garage with 124 parking spaces. A standout feature of the building is the panoramic bar on the top floor, which is also open to the public.
Thanks to its central location and the Meßberg subway station directly across the street, the hotel is an ideal starting point for exploring the entire city of Hamburg. In the immediate vicinity are the world’s largest warehouse complexes in the Speicherstadt, which attract visitors with their cultural and diverse recreational offerings. The new building blends beautifully into its historic surroundings, with the traditional brick facade providing its characteristic look.
The new The Cloud One Hamburg was completed in December 2023.
