    In the heart of Cologne’s vibrant Ehrenfeld neighborhood, a new car-free residential complex is taking shape, combining modern architecture with a sustainable lifestyle.     In addition to 65 parking spaces in the underground garage, there is a strong focus on sustainable mobility: 300 bicycle parking spaces are available to residents. This mobility concept promotes environmentally friendly travel in the urban environment.
