    Bauwens realized the turnkey construction of the "Forum Hitzbleck" retail park for Hanseatische Betreuungs- und Beteiligungsgesellschaft.
    Bauwens was involved in the implementation planning at an early stage in order to optimize the overall property. We participated in the planning of the structural engineering, building services, building physics, and architecture.

    Based on the plans by RKW Architekten, the entire site was upgraded in terms of urban planning and integrated into the urban context. A total of around 9,300 m² of rental space and 260 parking spaces were created. The completion of the project closed a gap in the retail structure of the city of Heiligenhaus. The L-shaped building houses a wide range of stores, including Akzenta, DM, and Lidl.
