    At the corner of Klinkelstraße and Kopernikusstraße, Bauwens is constructing the Frieda-Frenzel-Haus, a modern new building comprising a total of 37 apartments for the Düsseldorf housing cooperative. The entire new building comprises 3,850 square meters of living space and offers apartments with two to four rooms. The mix of apartments consists of both publicly subsidized and privately financed units.

    An integrated five-group daycare center offers valuable support to families in the area and enriches the neighborhood. Special rooms for various activities and projects are also planned for youth work.
