    At the corner of Klinkelstraße and Kopernikusstraße, Bauwens is constructing the Frieda-Frenzel-Haus, a modern new building for the Düsseldorf Housing Cooperative that comprises a total of 37 apartments. The entire new building has a living space of 3,850 square meters and offers apartments with 2 to 4 rooms. The housing mix consists of both publicly subsidized and privately financed apartments.
