    The "meinraum München West" project is a major new construction project in Munich's Lochhausen district, which is part of the Aubing-Lochhausen-Langwied borough. The modern apartment complex covers around 6 hectares and will be built in four phases.

    Meinraum München West comprises a total of 450 apartments, which are connected by green spaces, inviting inner courtyards, and shared playgrounds. The complex offers a variety of modern 1- to 4-room apartments, all of which feature a terrace, loggia, or roof terrace.

    The name "meinraum" (my space) clearly illustrates the concept: the light-filled apartments and townhouses allow residents to develop individually and feel at home.
