    A new apartment complex in Düsseldorf-Heerdt: DIE WOHNKOMPANIE NRW and Bauwens are building attractive new apartments at Willstätterstraße 12.

    A total of approx. 223 new apartments are being built on two construction sites, spread across four buildings, as well as a two-classroom daycare center. Each construction site will have a single-story underground parking garage.

    Approximately 87 publicly subsidized and price-controlled residential units will be built on construction site 1. The ground floor will house a two-classroom daycare center, which will be accessible independently from Willstätterstraße and will have private play areas in the outdoor facilities. The underground car park on the first construction site has approx. 54 parking spaces.

    A total of approx. 136 condominiums are being built on construction site 2, spread over three residential buildings. The underground car park on the second construction site has approx. 98 parking spaces.
