In the dynamic triangle between the Gutleuteviertel, Rebstockgelände, and Europaviertel neighborhoods—and in the immediate vicinity of the former Adlerwerke factory—Bauwens developed, planned, and built the "Echt Gallus" residential project.
The district west of the Galluswarte has a long industrial history and is now embarking on a new future. The lively, urban atmosphere thrives on diverse contrasts – tradition meets modernity, Frankfurt meets the world.
Two angular buildings with five to seven stories enclose an atrium-like, landscaped inner courtyard. The generously proportioned square invites residents to linger and serves as a meeting place. The gardens for private use are grouped around the semi-public square.
A total of 115 condominiums with the same number of underground parking spaces were built. The underground car park also has an electric charging station for electric vehicles.
