    A new residential construction project is being realized in Cologne-Weidenpesch on an area of 5,169 square meters. Sixty-nine apartments with two to four rooms are being built, 26 of which are publicly subsidized by the state of North Rhine-Westphalia to create affordable living space. In addition, 59 underground parking spaces and nine bicycle parking spaces will be created.

    Construction is scheduled to begin at the end of the first quarter of 2025, with completion of the new complex planned for summer 2027. The land was previously home to a carpentry workshop with warehouses.

    This project will make a significant contribution to improving the quality of life and increasing the attractiveness of the Cologne-Weidenpesch location.
