    A new residential building will be constructed on the site of the former Hungarian embassy, where state guests were received until 1999. The approximately 5,000 square meter plot of land in Bonn-Plittersdorf is located in close proximity to the Rhine and the Rheinaue park.

    The project idea involves revitalizing the building fabric while converting it into condominiums with exciting layouts. The interesting cubature of the vacant building, with spacious terraces and room heights of up to 4.50 meters in some areas, offers ideal potential for this. The old trees characterize the property and will be incorporated into the design concept.

    Emphasis will be placed on a future-oriented and sustainable energy concept.
