    The Feldmark complex is part of what is currently the largest residential development project in Bochum. Together with the Havkenscheider Höhe complex, the “OSTPARK – Neues Wohnen” project is being built in the Altenbochum and Laer districts, featuring 1,300 new residential units.

    More than 8,000 square meters of living space are being created on the site of the former municipal nursery. Bauwens has been commissioned to build four apartment buildings with 44 publicly subsidized and 55 privately financed apartments, as well as three underground parking garages.

    The complex will provide much-needed housing that is forward-looking and attractive.
