    The Feldmark complex is part of what is currently the largest residential development in Bochum. Together with the Havkenscheider Höhe complex, the "OSTPARK – Neues Wohnen" (New Living) development is creating 1,300 new residential units in the Altenbochum and Laer districts.

    More than 8,000 square meters of living space are being created on the site of the former municipal nursery. Bauwens has been commissioned to build four apartment buildings with 44 publicly subsidized and 55 privately financed apartments, as well as three underground parking garages.

    The complex will provide urgently needed living space that is both forward-looking and attractive.
