A new residential building will be constructed on the site of the former Hungarian Embassy, where state guests were still received until 1999. The approximately 5,000-square-meter piece of land in Bonn-Plittersdorf is located in the immediate vicinity of the Rhine and the Rheinaue.

The project concept involves revitalizing the building’s structure while converting it into condominiums with exciting floor plans. The interesting architectural form of the vacant building—with spacious terraces and ceiling heights of up to 4.50 meters in some areas—offers ideal potential for this. The existing trees define the character of the property and are to be integrated into the design concept.

Emphasis is placed on a forward-looking and sustainable energy concept.
