    Around 700 employees of ECE Projektmanagement GmbH & Co. KG work here: the latest extension to the headquarters of the shopping center specialist covers a total area of 26,000 square meters spread over seven floors. Following the completion of BGH IV in 2002, this is the second office building constructed by Bauwens on Saseler Damm in Hamburg-Poppenbüttel, the project developer's main location.

    The glass-roofed atrium in the conference room area of the new building is particularly striking. Equally impressive are the modern glass front at the entrance area and the boulevard in front of the building. The building is complemented by an underground car park with 75 parking spaces and additional technical rooms in the basement.

    The building was awarded the silver certificate by the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB) for its exemplary energy and environmental performance.
