    The EDGE HafenCity project is one of Hamburg's most advanced commercial properties. This project sets new standards in design, user comfort, and technological innovation. The client, EDGE Technologies, is a leading specialist in the development of a new generation of highly innovative and future-proof office properties. The user and their well-being are at the heart of this approach. Spanning over 30,000 square meters, EDGE HafenCity offers a smart mix of office space, flexible workspaces, studios, conference areas, and dining and leisure facilities. The aim is to redefine the modern workplace as a driver of health, sustainability, and innovation.

    The building consists of a seven-story base and a 15-story tower on the southwest corner. Inside the energy-neutral building, pioneering smart office technologies are used to continuously optimize lighting, air quality, and temperature. With the HafenCity Econlabel and the WELL Building Standard, we are striving to achieve two of the highest building standards.

    A special feature of the building is its focus on shared spaces. An open, light-filled atrium promotes social contact and creates a relaxed atmosphere. The park district with its outdoor terrace offers a unique perspective on the Hanseatic city.

    The Elbrücken sub-district completes what is currently the largest inner-city urban development project in Europe. Through our services in implementation planning and construction, we have helped to make this visionary project a reality.
