Together with Swiss Life Asset Managers Germany, we added an innovative office building with approximately 11,800 square meters of rental space to the Reiterstaffel apartment complex in the northern section on Gaedestraße.
The Reiterstaffel Offices feature loft-like, flexible floor plans. The spacious, south-facing terraces create an inspiring atmosphere and a communicative meeting place.
The staggered arrangement of the buildings at Gaedestraße 7 and 9 creates an oasis of calm that also invites creative exchange during lunch breaks. Building 9 is already fully leased to RWZ. Building 7 has a total of 5,366 m² available. Both buildings have their own address and a representative lobby.
The mobility concept provides for digital parking space management to ensure optimal utilization of the underground parking garage. If required, the underground parking garage can be expanded with the appropriate charging infrastructure.
