    A lively apartment complex has been built on the approximately 22,000 square meter site between Konrad-Adenauer-Strasse, Friedrich-Ebert-Strasse, and Bahnstrasse in Cologne-Rodenkirchen. The project comprises 13 residential buildings with a total of 272 one- to five-room apartments, a three-group daycare center, and two commercial units.

    The complex was developed by Bauwens Development and Convalor, while Bauwens Construction was responsible for construction.

    A particular highlight is the spacious, landscaped central courtyard with a playground, which serves as a meeting place for all residents. The apartments are barrier-free and equipped with modern amenities such as digital locking systems and a central parcel box. A dedicated combined heat and power plant ensures efficient heating, and there are charging stations for electric cars in the underground car park.
