The 7,350 square meter office building is located in the heart of Berlin, not far from the Friedrichstadt-Palast and the Spree River. The existing building, which dates back to 1900, was revitalized in keeping with its historical design and supplemented with a modern rear building featuring open-plan workspaces. This not only restored the Berlin courtyard development, but also created 5,400 square meters of rental space.
The fusion of old building charm and new building comfort was the focus of this project. The project is made unique by a skywalk that connects the old building with the new building and serves as an access structure. The terrace with a wonderful view directly into the greenery of the Charité garden ensemble also invites you to relax in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the city.
The Oranienburger Tor underground station is right outside the front door and the Friedrichstraße S-Bahn station is only a few minutes' walk away. From there, the main station, with extensive national and international connections, can be reached in a few minutes.
Completion is scheduled for May 2024.
