    A new mixed-use urban complex is now taking shape on the land of the former headquarters of the *Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung* and the *Frankfurter Societät* in Frankfurt’s popular Gallus district. Together with the *F.A.Z.* and the *Frankfurter Societät*, Bauwens is developing a versatile residential and commercial complex on the 2-hectare site.

    In the near future, 540 rental apartments will be built here on a gross floor area of 82,000 square meters, 30 percent of which will be publicly subsidized. In addition, 17,000 square meters of office space and 3,500 square meters for retail and dining will be created.

    Two daycare centers and a new school are planned for the adjacent land, complementing the family-friendly environment. The complex features a well-thought-out block-edge structure that blends harmoniously into the existing, established surroundings.
