On the site of the former Grombach lumber yard, the complex has been revitalized with an office and residential building as well as a hotel. Bauwens constructed a mixed-use building comprising residential, hotel, and commercial space for PHOENIX Real Estate Development, the Büschl Group, and Motel One. The striking corner development created 10,000 square meters of office space, 120 residential units, and 250 hotel rooms.
