With a gross floor area of 15,800 square meters, The Change sets new standards for office space. Leasable spaces start at 400 square meters and can be subdivided. The building’s 1.25-meter grid provides exceptional flexibility and workplace efficiency. The modern architecture is complemented by four spacious rooftop terraces that invite residents to relax and enjoy a sundowner with a view of the Taunus Mountains. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide all workspaces with ample natural light. Wood is used at The Change as a functional building material and remains visible. At the same time, it naturally creates an atmosphere that contributes to well-being.
The energy concept behind The Change can be succinctly summarized as follows: heat from the earth, electricity from the sun, and very smart ideas born of our own aspirations. A significant portion of the energy supply is therefore resource-efficient and emission-free. In the office areas, a water-circulating heating and cooling ceiling is comfortably combined with a highly efficient air supply system. Building services are controlled using energy management software and intelligent sensors. This advanced energy concept significantly exceeds the requirements of the Building Energy Act.
