The pioneering project "The Change" in the FrankfurtRhineMain metropolitan region promises a transformation in working and living spaces. The 15-story office building is being constructed alongside renowned companies such as SAP, Samsung, EY, and Deutsche Börse.
The Change sets new standards for office space with a gross floor area of 15,800 square meters. The rental spaces can be divided into units starting at 400 square meters. The building offers a particularly high degree of flexibility and workplace efficiency thanks to a 1.25-meter grid. The modern architecture is complemented by four spacious roof terraces that invite you to relax and enjoy a sundowner with a view of the Taunus mountains. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide all workstations with plenty of natural light. Wood is used as a functional building material at The Change and remains visible. At the same time, it naturally creates a room atmosphere that contributes to well-being.
The Change's energy concept can be summarized succinctly: heat from the earth, electricity from the sun, and very smart ideas from our own standards. A significant portion of the energy supply is therefore resource-efficient and emission-free. In the office areas, a water-permeable heating and cooling ceiling is comfortably combined with a highly efficient air supply system. Intelligent sensors and energy management software control the building services. This advanced energy concept significantly exceeds the requirements of the German Building Energy Act.
The Change embodies the transformation in working and living spaces, where individuality meets sustainability, and promises future tenants a building that will remain attractive in the long term.
