    The complex was revitalized with an office and residential building and a hotel on the site of the former Grombach timber yard. Bauwens built a residential, hotel, and commercial building for PHOENIX Real Estate Development, the Büschl Group, and Motel One. The striking corner development created 10,000 square meters of office space, 120 residential units, and 250 hotel rooms.
